My mom makes the best peanut butter cookies in the world — fight me about it! So when we were developing our own vegan peanut butter cookie recipe, we looked to her recipe for inspiration and, voilà: a delicious peanut-buttery cookie that passes the ultimate kid-test! Made with unbleached flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable shortening, natural smooth peanut butter, char-free organic sugar, gourmet Mexican vanilla extract, molasses, corn starch, baking powder, organic oat milk, and a pinch of salt. Classic fork-made crosshatch on top at no extra charge!
As always, no animal products are used in any Baking Pagan products. All ingredients are thoughtfully sourced: local/small business ingredients are used whenever possible, and suppliers are sourced that only use fair-trade non-slave labor in their production.
We sell a maximum of 20 dozen of each product per week. Stock is replenished every Monday, so check back then if we’re sold out!
