Refund and Returns Policy

Baking Pagan guarantees satisfaction every cookie order. If your cookies arrived broken, damaged, stale, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us at bakingpagan@gmail.com for a full refund. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (the order email is fine).

Please do not send your purchase back to us.

Once your refund request is received with proof of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and notification that your refund has been processed. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If after 10 days you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bakingpagan@gmail.com.

If, instead of a refund, you would like a replacement order, please send us details of the defective or damaged cookies and we will process a replacement of the same item.
