INGREDIENTS
All Baking Pagan food products are 100% animal-free vegan cookies. We take great care to only put sustainably-sources vegan products in our cookies.
All cookies may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, nuts or other allergens. Baking Pagan will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of our cookies.
ORDER STORAGE
All Baking Pagan food products are made to be eaten when they arrive but can be safely stored at room temperature in a pest-free environment for up to 5 days or up to 10 days in a refrigerated environment with limited loss of quality, taste, and texture. Refunds will not be given if the product is stored improperly.
SHIPPING
We are no longer shipping any food products. Sorry.
Apparel orders are shipped via a 3rd party order fulfillment company and typically arrive within 2-7 business days. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and are sent within 2 days of receipt of order payment.
We offer shipping for certain destinations in the United States only: we ship only to the contiguous 48 states; we DO NOT ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
ORDER PICKUPS
Order pickups are arranged via email or text, so please whitelist “bakingpagan@gmail.com” to ensure email correspondence. Orders can be picked up in Ukiah, CA and we offer some limited delivery options 2 days per week (Sunday and Wednesday). For pickup, our address is provided after order is received and finalized and we can generally work around most schedules to accommodate your pickup date and time. All food orders are cash-on-delivery.
Orders that are not picked up or do not delivery arrangements made within 5 days or ordering will be donated to the local food bank and are not eligible for a refund.
When picking up a food order, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the customer is responsible to ensure that products gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions (at room temperature up to 5 days or up to 10 days in a refrigerated environment) to achieve best results for taste and quality.
We do not offer order pickups for any apparel items. Those are shipped directly from our order fulfillment company.
PUBLICATION
Any images taken of our products are granted limited personal use rights in a non-commercial manner. Any commercial usage must be approved by an official representative of Baking Pagan.
