INGREDIENTS
All cookies may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, nuts or other allergens. All cookies are packaged and shipped with an allergen warning. Please consult this warning before ordering. Baking Pagan will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of our cookies.
ORDER STORAGE
All products are made to be eaten when they arrive but can be safely stored at room temperature in a pest-free environment for up to 5 days or up to 10 days in a refrigerated environment with limited loss of quality, taste, and texture. Refunds will not be given if the product is stored improperly.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipping out within 2 days of receipt of payment. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3-5 days. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders and are sent within 2 days of receipt of order payment.
We offer shipping for certain destinations in the United States only: we ship only to the contiguous 48 states; we DO NOT ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
ORDER PICKUPS
Order pickups are arranged via email, so please whitelist “bakingpagan@gmail.com” to ensure email correspondence. Orders can be picked up in Ukiah, CA. Address is provided after order is received and we can generally work around most schedules to accommodate your pickup date and time.
Orders that are not picked up within 5 days will be donated to the local food bank and are not eligible for a refund.
When picking up an order, it is the responsibility of the customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the customer is responsible to ensure that products gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions (at room temperature up to 5 days or up to 10 days in a refrigerated environment) to achieve best results for taste and quality.
PUBLICATION
Any images taken of our products are granted limited person use rights in a non-commercial manner. Any commercial usage must be approved by an official representative of Baking Pagan.
