- Which of the items from above you wish to order and the quantity.
- If you want to pickup in Ukiah CA or have your order delivered ($5 flat fee per delivery in the Ukiah Valley area, at our discretion, available on Saturday or Sunday only).
- If you want delivery, please include your address and when you’d like your order.
